FILM PREP We start off by learning more about our clients to ensure they're a good fit for our innovative recruitment and candidate assessment method. We target appealing high-growth companies that are emerging leaders in their industry.
Once we understand the organization, we plan a filming engagement around the business model, company culture, and open positions. FIL M (PRODUCTION) & ASSEMBLY Next, we spend a few hours on-site collecting video interview footage with company personnel like the founders, executives, relevant management, HR, and entry level folks.
We then assemble a suite of videos that both inform and challenge job candidates with relevant assignments so we can gauge their work style and preferences and they can gauge if they're a good fit. Our candidate application process is much more engaging and personal since they get to experience what it would be like to work at the in the position before they commit to full-time employment. APPLICANT DISCOVERY, TESTING & SCREENING Once the HireOptimize Application is assembled, we route candidates through our process to analyze if they're truly a fit for the role.
We benchmark candidates against one another using advanced rubrics to help companies understand their applicants from different performance areas. For candidates, we understand the painful process of applying for jobs. Our process aims to make this process much easier for both parties by helping candidates truly gauge their interest and qualifications before they begin.
